They performed a oil consumption test and said it passed. On my 2009 Matrix, I have not noticed this behavior. At this point they can keep the car for all I care I'm sick of the problems it has had. Its a new car bought in march 2008 09 model these past few weeks in the morning when I start the car I hear noise coming from the engine. What people don't know is that the naturally aspirated versions were upgraded and made serious amounts of power.

It seems to fit the apparent problem. Does the sound go away when the car warms up? Lotus do not use the engine in this specification. That's when the Corolla was born. Are you telling me that the the repair referred to as technical service bulletin 0169-16 will not apply to my car because it already has 135,000 miles on it even though this problem was known by Toyota as far back as November of 2016. The ride is soft and quiet; road imperfections are well absorbed by the suspension. I started having excessive oil consumption on my 2010 Prius at around 70k miles.
