PrimeHarbor was founded by Chris Farris in 2001 to provide innovative and cost effective solutions using open source software. Mr. Farris has been working in the Atlanta IT Industry since 1994 at companies such as Internet Security Systems, N2Broadband and EarthLink. In 1995 he helped to create the Atlanta Linux community with the formation of the Atlanta Linux Enthusiasts and was one of the principle organizers of the 5 Atlanta Linux Showcase events held from 1997-2001.
Recently Mr. Farris has turned his focus to the intersection of technology and politics creating several websites and blogs. His current focus is on creating an internet based grassroots activism site tentatively called "Legifax".
