It sounds like Vaio Care is not working or not installed. I really don't know what to do now. And reboots again by itself. Bad windows update or B. I believe restoring it back to factory will resolve the driver issue and then deny updates automatically until this issue is resolved. I do not have it, but know it is available. How do I get it to work? Under Keyboard and Mouse , double-click Built-in Pointing Device.

So it really is the power button, as long as it's set that way in the control panel. Sometimes it's easier to just replace the keyboard. Any help about these problems?
