Though I wish we got more of a reaction from Koushiro, he and Gennai were close back in the original Adventures, I thought he would be a little more emotionally about that. Digimon Adventures Tri was always advertised for those who watched it back then. Still enjoyable to watch though. It wasnt as unnecessary as Herculeskabutarimon, but it could have been handled way better. No evolution scene for Agumon and Gabumon? Otherwise it would be around 5-6. Like finally, some world-building and adding to the lore. The adventure now evolves once again.
And was I right Himekawa and her being a former Choosen and her motivation, called it. Patamon's evolution to Seraphimon was also bad, it happened out of no where, no build up, no nothing. I don't want to start hating the entire series because of the dumb shits who're responsible for that trainwreck. Even so, the DigiDestined decide to reach out and rebuild those bonds, and their Digimon respond in kind. Maybe i'm the only want here enjoy this movie. Yes Salamon should not have been able to stop Machinedramon with a bark, big deal, it's awesome because it's there, we're watching something we never thought was gonna be made, just try to enjoy it without nitpicking so much.
Some parts got my shipping meter high. Digimon Adventures Tri was always advertised for those who watched it back then. Just no words to describe what I just watched. Piyomon does not act like it was before and while it is obvious that it is confused due to the events in the previous film, it does not explain the behaviour towards its partner. But i still enjoyed it. Compared to the other tri films, this is the weakest. But yeah, movie still was not great overall.
As it ended on a cliffhanger, many Digimon fans could not wait to see what would happen next. If the next one is as stupid, I'm not even gonna bother with the final part. I agree Herculeskautarimon is friggen awesome bu itt didnt need to happen. Outside of a couple other Digimon movies, this is by far the nicest production work the series has ever had. It started out pretty good, that flashback scene with Himekawa was pretty awesome.
It is the worst Digimon anime ever which is a shame since this level of budget has so much potential that Toei pissed away. I also liked how Himekawa went Yandere just because Tapirmon had forgotten her. Just try to watch them with the silliness we had back then. I for one didn't start watching these movies with the idea that it would be of the same caliber as the first or better, I'm just very happy they are even making these. For most of the kids, growing up has been exciting, and they barely think of their days fighting evil Digimon anymore. Only thing missing would be Gennai in his oldman form and the whole scene would've been crowned.
But that is just my prediction, a corrupted dark Meiko could look awesome. Completely disconnected i'm honestly baffled people here give it a score higher than 5 I could go on and on but i think my point is clear. Sometimes someone's misery is another person's great art. The series doesn't spend much time with the new Digidestined girl, Meiko Mochizuki, until episode 4, but she's instantly charming as the blushing space cadet with a big heart that the team welcomes with open arms. Speaking of which, Nishijama you are not a bad person, but trying to hit on someone when they are in such a emotional state, not cool. But they failed to build on that good beginning. My guess is to pay homage to the structure of the anime where things like that happened all the time leading to separate episodic adventures for each of them There was no other way to get all back together than these plot devices.
Because he was there, he took away from Hououmon and HeracleKabuterimon. The contrast between Himekawa's reaction and the Digidestined to their Digmon not remembering them was great, but why the hell didn't she see this coming? Seeing this strengthens the kids' resolve to travel through the Digital World in order to save Meicoomon. The sole exception is Biyomon, who is openly wary even after digivolving to her Rookie stage. I see people bashing left and right about inconsistencies and slow pace, really? For some reason she still has her memories, as she wanders around with tears in her eyes, looking for Meiko. The awkward splitting of these sections into episodes is all the more glaring when Digimon Adventure tri. Well duh he forgot about you Himekawa, I mean what did you expect would happen with the reboot? This might be a slow build, but even if the destination is still uncertain, the journey is already rife with the rosy smell of treasured memories. And this lack of Warp Evolutions is really starting to get on my nerves.
Kim Morrissy has the answers straight from Japan. Pretty entertaining overall, really glad to see some old school Digimon again especially the original Dark Masters. It started out really nice with some fine moments. Sudah enam tahun berlalu sejak petualangan musim panas saat Taichi Yagami yang anak terpilih lainnya memasuki dunia Digital. Is it merely teasing or more? And you have an excuse in at the end when she was in trouble, the others forgot about her. The first minutes who strangely were'nt shown as the first ones during the early revelations were great despite leading to a few questions. The show does its best to convey the gravity of his concerns, and it's mostly successful, but this new characterization is so far away from even the more responsible Taichi we remember especially because no one has gotten hurt or even been endangered by the battles yet that's it's pretty hard to swallow.
Just try to watch them with the silliness we had back then. It doesn't really make sense how Patamon suddenly turned into Seraphimon, I expected Patamon to get his Ultimate form during the 5th movie with Tailmon. Yes Salamon should not have been able to stop Machinedramon with a bark, big deal, it's awesome because it's there, we're watching something we never thought was gonna be made, just try to enjoy it without nitpicking so much. Digimon Adventure Tri is the name of an action-adventure anime television series. Can't we just be happy these movies are even being made in the first place? Bahkan Anak-anak Terpilih pun tahu apa yang menyebabkan hal ini, dan waktu pun terus berlalu.
As Izzy develops ways to provide easier access to their partner Digimon and seek out digital disturbances, Tai begins to fear that people could get hurt as a result of his actions as a DigiDestined. It's completely okay to like it. Also somehow Gennai turned into a molester and he's into high school girls. Then we have Wargreymon smacking Metalseadramon around in the water? But when it reached the 4th part it felt like I got pushed down a water slide. These movies could have been about them going to the park with the digimon and I still woulda loved the shit outta them. I feel like they hold the best for the end. You might as well have Palmon and Goamon get in on that mega evolution fiesta?! With Alphamon proving too powerful for the other Digimon, Matt urges Tai to stop running away from his fears, and together they manage to drive Alphamon off with the power of Omnimon.
